Pepture: Peptide Tracker is a self-tracking journal published by Clarity Digital Therapeutics Inc. Pepture is not a medical device, is not medical advice, and does not supply, sell, prescribe, or recommend any peptide.
Pepture is a journal, not a prescription
Peptides are a class of investigational, prescription, and unapproved compounds with legal status that varies by country and by specific molecule. Some peptides in the Pepture library are FDA-approved prescription medications (for example Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Tesamorelin, PT-141, Liraglutide, HCG, Gonadorelin, Oxytocin, and Sermorelin). Others are available only for research use and are not approved for human consumption in many jurisdictions. Pepture does not advise you to use, obtain, or avoid any specific peptide. Those decisions belong between you and a licensed clinician, who should factor your full medical history, other medications, and local regulations.
No doctor-patient relationship
Using Pepture does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, pharmacist-patient, or any other healthcare relationship between you and Clarity. Pepture is a record-keeping tool. A qualified healthcare professional remains essential for diagnosis, prescribing, dose adjustment, side-effect management, and all clinical decisions.
Not a substitute for professional judgement
Reconstitution math, cycle reminders, site rotation heatmaps, and stack warnings in Pepture are convenience features only. They do not replace the judgement of a licensed clinician. Always verify critical calculations independently. Never adjust a prescribed medication based on an app alone.
Emergencies
If you suspect a serious reaction, an overdose, an allergic response, or any other medical emergency, stop using the compound, contact local emergency services, or call a poison control centre immediately. Pepture is not an emergency service and does not detect emergencies.
Legal status varies
The legal, regulatory, and reimbursement status of each peptide varies widely between the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and other jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for complying with local law regarding the possession, importation, and use of any peptide. Pepture does not verify the legality of peptides in your location.
Research peptides
Compounds frequently labelled "research use only" are not approved for human consumption. Tracking a research peptide inside Pepture is not an endorsement of human use. Pepture strongly encourages working with a licensed clinician if you are considering any peptide protocol.
Data accuracy
Pepture displays the data you enter. If you enter an incorrect vial concentration, dose, or reconstitution volume, Pepture will store and display that incorrect value. Double-check entries. Do not rely on Pepture alone for critical dosing decisions.
