Pepture: Peptide Tracker is published by Clarity Digital Therapeutics Inc. ("Clarity"). Use of Pepture is governed by the Clarity master Terms of Use. This page summarises how those terms apply to Pepture.

Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Pepture, you agree to the Clarity Terms of Use, the Clarity Privacy Policy, and the Pepture Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use Pepture.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pepture. Pepture is not directed to minors and is not intended for pediatric use.

What Pepture is, and is not

Pepture is a self-tracking journal for adults logging peptide dose history, reconstitution math, cycle schedules, injection site rotation, and biomarker context. Pepture does not supply, sell, prescribe, recommend, or source any peptide, compound, or medication. Pepture is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for a licensed healthcare professional.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for decisions about whether to obtain or use any peptide. Those decisions belong between you and your licensed clinician.
You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including those governing the possession, purchase, import, and use of peptides.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into Pepture. Reconstitution math is only as correct as the inputs you provide.

Subscriptions

Pepture is free to install. Optional subscriptions unlock additional features such as unlimited stacks, clinical PDF export, and extended cycle history. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and cancellation is managed exclusively through your store account. Full billing, refund, trial, and renewal terms are documented in the Clarity master terms and in the respective app store policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, or redistribute Pepture, not to use Pepture to facilitate the supply or sale of regulated substances, and not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that identifies a third party without consent.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Pepture is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Clarity disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Clarity is not liable for any harm arising from decisions you make about peptides, from data you enter into Pepture, or from sources outside the app. Full warranty and liability language is in the Clarity master terms.
